Tonkotsu ramen anchors their menu and you can get it in a variety of styles like tonkotsu black, miso, spicy etc. I had the red tonkotsu (level spicy) and I was satisfied with my ramen. It was a good level of spiciness where I didn't need to drink water but enough for a kick. I also enjoyed the broth that was rich and layered with flavor. The noodles had great texture which complemented the savory broth and various toppings. Come at lunch and you have the option to make it a combo with items like gyozas and chicken Karaage. I added the latter and got three huge pieces of crispy yet succulent and well seasoned fried chicken.
I've also had the shoyu ramen but found it flat and one-note after a few bites. It was also really salty. I've just stick to the tonkotsu. Service is super friendly but will probably succeed at persuading you to partake in a variety of alcoholic beverages. Oh why not?
