This tiny ramen place is split up into two section. One section is the sushi bar. And the other section is the tiny dining area for other dining. As of note, this is not a big place with occupancy of maybe 30, if they all are not football players.
For dinner, I had one of the restaurant's popular ramen noodle soups. For $16.00, I had the Pork Tonkotsu noodle soup. And that had soft-boiled eggs, nori, thick black soba and ramen pasta in a creamy, garlicy and spicy broth. The broth was thick and creamy with a very nice and intense garlic flavor. It has been a while since I had a bowl of ramen noodle soup. And this place does a very good job.
